This service focuses on the control of general insects such as; ants, earwigs, black widow spiders, silverfish, beetles and wasps, as well as many other unwanted pests. Alta Sierra Pest Control will perform this service for residential properties on a 1-Shot or Recurring Service basis.

Depending on the specific needs of your property, we recommend monthly or bi-monthly service for Residential Properties. It is important to note that consistency of service is a key factor in maintaining a pest free environment within your home.
Your Initial Service will consist of a hand spray of THE INTERIOR OF YOUR HOME. This includes baseboards, corners, window tracks and door sliders, as well as kitchen, bathrooms and hallways and is designed to kill insects that have already made it into your home. And we GUARANTEE the inside of your home. Should a pest problem surface between your regular scheduled service intervals, we will be back out at no extra charge to you!
Next, our licensed, experienced and professional technician will either hand tank spray, back pack spray or powerspray THE EXTERIOR OF YOUR HOME paying close attention to the refuse area as a possible harborage and breeding site. Doorways, eaves, foundation and surrounding shrubbery will also be treated. This exterior treatment is designed to establish an effective a barrier around the perimeter of your home preventing insects from invading your living space. Whether you choose a monthly or bi-monthly service, we will return as scheduled to maintain the established outer barrier of your home and address any issues related to your service.
1-Time Service: Alta Sierra Pest Control also offers one time treatments as needed. Our 1-Time general service may include a complete inside and out treatment for ants, spiders and general pests which will provide you with a 30-day guarantee on the inside of your home.
Special Services: With the change of seasons and weather, your home will be under attack by various pests. Alta Sierra Pest Control will be available to identify, treat and protect your home against these unwanted pests. Although your recurring general pest control treatments will dramatically reduce issues you would otherwise experience with most pests, there are sometimes circumstances that require additional treatments. Rodents, Roach infestations, Flea infestations, Bee and Wasp nests and hives, Carpenter Ants, Carpet Beetles, Pantry Pests and Moths, once established will require supplementary treatments. Current customers of Alta Sierra Pest Control will receive deep discounts on these special services if needed. These services are also available to 1-Time Customers at the current rate.
